This is for all those who are in the situation that I was in 3 months ago.  I found myself with no income, a pending foreclosure, and 2 children and a dog to care for.  I didn't know what to do or where to turn.  I started an online search.  I looked for any and everything that could help my situation.  More and more I saw that because of the mortgage crisis, learning and working with real estate investors was something I wanted to research more.  From my research, it seemed that they were the ones capitalizing from the situation that I was in.  I continued to find out all I could on the subject.  It is a plethora of ways real estate investors make money.  I say that to say this.  If your in need of immediate income, taking part in some kind of real estate investing is worth looking into.  I dabble in almost all facets of the industry now.  But what I started out with, was actually a blessing in disguise.  If you have a minute go to All-States Residential Solutions
